This floor in a classy Mt Eliza home is by far one of my favourite Tasmanian Oak floors of all time
The quality of the timber is nothing short of incredible. Anyone who's into working with Australian timbers would have loved it
Of particular note is the length of the boards, with many of them being up to 5 metres long. In some of the rooms full-length boards go from wall-to-wall. Trust me, this is a bit of a rarity

What we started with was a bit rough
Sanding off the old finish can be quite the task
