The restoration and repair of native timber flooring is one of our core services. Because we choose to focus our work on older, established homes, we often find ourselves patching up sections of flooring that have seen better days.
Whether you’ve had walls removed during a modern renovation, or you're dealing with water damage, historic termite activity, or deep pet urine stains, we can fix it.
We work closely with several premium second-hand timber yards to source boards of the exact right age and size to match your original floor. In fact, if the right match doesn't exist, we will even mill our own boards down from wider vintage stock to guarantee the colour, grain, and character blend in flawlessly.
It’s often a bit of an epic journey to bring these old floors back from the brink, but the results are always worth it. Explore the project links below to see some of our finer repair efforts as we rebuild classic Melbourne floors.
