Low-Sheen Finish

Brand new American Oak laid over a concrete slab, which I thought was a ballsy move, but to his credit the builder did a fine job of it.

The grain is amazing on this particular floor, to the point many American floor sanders have thought, and wanted to argue that it was actually Ash. It's not Ash, but, it certainly looks like it.

Superfine sanded and finished with a Lo-Sheen polyurethane.
