Radiata Pine flooring is often found in homes built around the late 70s and throughout the 80s. It was merely used as a sub-floor for carpets and ceramic tiles that were popular during that era.

This home in Langwarrin South was no exception.  The Radiata Pine boards had underlay sheeting glued and nailed to it to accommodate the tiles.
