Baltic Pine - Frankston South
On this page you can see that not all Baltic Pine floors have to be repaired before they are sanded and polished, however someone in their infinite wisdom thought that painting the boards a sky blue colour was a cool idea. It might well of been a cool idea at some stage, but now, the new owners wanted the real McCoy, a great looking Baltic floor.
The paint can cause some grief as we're sanding it off, but overall it's a reasonably straight forward process.
The end result, as you can see, was very pleasing and because the floor sanding was the last major job it made a difference to the whole renovation, with the floors pulling the freshly painted walls along with the new skirts and arcs together, making the whole project come together for the homeowners.
